I purchased a used car (2023 Niro EV) long distance, so the transaction was done via internet and phone. I was very pleased with the used car sales folks. I rated the overall experience a 4 rather than a 5 because the car was delivered as a CPO car, but had 2 recalls that had not been performed (both minor). When the car was delivered (via auto transport carrier), it would not accept a charge from my newly installed 240v charging station (it did accept a charge from a local 240v station however). The local KIA service dept did the recalls and determined that the Integrated Charging Control Unit needed to be replaced. So the hassle I'm working with now is something that would have been resolved had Nalley Kia done a more thorough CPO check of the car before putting it up for sale. Additionally, I used Nalley's Clicklane app for some, but not all of the transaction work, doing some via phone and their sales team. This left the process in limbo as far as the app is concerned, so I did not automatically get a copy of the completed sales agreement. The sales team responded very quickly -- they get 5 stars!

Overall this time the experience was much better than previous even though it took a week for my vehicle to be repaired. I do wish someone would have contacted me with updates and to inform me that vehicle was ready for pickup. I had to continously contact the location and was on hold with different individuals
