Very friendly, professional & accommodating.

Overall this time the experience was much better than previous even though it took a week for my vehicle to be repaired. I do wish someone would have contacted me with updates and to inform me that vehicle was ready for pickup. I had to continously contact the location and was on hold with different individuals

First, my name is Sandra not candra. But that's ok. Angie was spectacular, she was on it and made arrangements to get me home instead of the 3hour wait from a 11 am apt. Even allowed me to leave overnight so I didn't have to deal with 5 o'clock traffic. Called first thing next morning at 7am for pick-up, meeting and greeting with a smile. Best thing, we were back home before 9!!! Having a full day head of us. Yep, she was on it!
