I had a wonderful experience at Nalley Kia. The last time I remember purchasing a vehicle it was stressful and tiresome so you can image how I was feeling having to do this process all over but this time was totally different. The sales person Rodney Beauford is in a league of his own. He was welcoming as I entered his office. See, I was referred to him by someone else who purchased a car with him and they talked highly of him. So, like I said, very warming and great personality. He really listened to what I wanted in my vehicle and did not try to sell me anything that I did not ask for and that really mattered. He took his time explaining what came on the vehicle and answered any questions or concerns I may have had. I have never come across a sales person like this. My experience was great until I came to the finance person, who was not welcoming at all. His demeanor changed when I started to decline the packages then he became pushy and insulted my guy which I did not appreciate at all. But, even with all that said because of Rodney, I still would like to think I had a good experience.
