I had a Kia forte it was broken in twice…. For four months this year…I then purchase a 2018 ford escape I had it and the light kept coming on …Come to find out it needed another motor… I then came back to Kia we’re the Mgr really took care of me… I was in tears… but they work with me and got me in the 2020 Malibu….I love it… Thank you Nalley Kia

Couldn't have been better...from inquiring and communicating via email/text, to closing of purchase in person...high professionalism, easy to work with, extraordinarily responsive and informative...efficient. Personable. Not a single complaint.
