My Service Tech, Mildred is always friendly and helpful. She keeps me informed and updated on progress. I like bringing my vehicle in for service; but don't like the fact that if my wait time exceeds 3 hours that I now have to wait due to the General Manager's decision to cut out Lyft Rides. This service should be brought back. Many other dealerships offer this service in the area which is complimentary and much appreciated by your customers.

Nalley provided the most comfortable, smooth, and transparent buying experience. We arrived to the dealership knowing what we wanted and test driving at another dealership. However, our salesman Ronald Beauford still insisted he spend 1-hour to review all of the cars safety features, how they are programmed and accessed over the mobile app. He wanted to make sure that once we drove off the lot that we knew everything about that car to feel safe driving in any condition. While doing the final paperwork he even stopped a few times and asked us about what certain buttons did...Sure, he wanted a good review, but he also wanted an educated consumer. I would suggest for anyone to do business with Nalley Kia because they made the car buying experience a non-stressful experience.

They went the extra mile in making sure I was satisfied in purchasing the right vehicle that was suitable for me. They didn't hassle me for sales .Great customer service upon arrival into building, no pressure on purchases. Finance guy and salesman were awesome! I received polite follow up calls which was pleasant..I received royal treatment
