I really enjoy Miss Diamond. She makes sure to inform me of any problems or any delays in my service. I have been getting my car service at Nalley Kia since I purchased my car from the same dealership. Every time it comes to service my car it is always a problem due to it being a Ford vehicle. Mind you I tell them that I purchase the car here so I am bringing my car to get serviced here. Now if it something that can’t get done I would take it to a Ford dealership. But something that is simple as an oil change or tire rotation shouldn’t be a problem to handle but again I make my appointment ahead of time so you would think that the parts or things that are needed would already be ordered and be there when it is time to work on my car. And yet every single time the things that are needed are never there so Ms Diamond has to send some to go get the things that are required to fix my car. This means I have to stay there an extra 45 minutes to wait for them to get what they need to fix my car. The upside is Ms Diamond keeping me well informed about my vehicle and about the things that need to be done. For me to also keep watch on any recalls on my vehicle. I wished I didn’t have to go through this every single time.

I have finally found MY KIA! SInce I purchased my vehicle in August 2021 I have been to several KIAs in the area with varied experiences but none as good as with Nalley. So fortunate to have had Mildred as my POC as she took amazing care of me from the moment I walked through the door until the time she escorted me to my serviced vehicle. Her smile, courteous and kind attitude are contagious and I look forward to my next visit.
