I was initially going to wait for my vehicle but after finding out what needed to be done I had to leave it. The ride home and back to the dealership was greatly appreciated. The work that was done was excellent and I could tell the difference. What I still have to do is a little costly though but other than that no other dealership will work on my car.

My appt was at 1 pm for a oil change. Waited over an hour b4 it went back to the bay. They were finished with oil change at around 330 pm,now that’s just tooooooo long.

We left that day feeling that we had a great experience with the team at Nalley. Marcus was our sales person, he very polite and took the time to ensue that we were good with the Sorento. I have recommend him an the team at Nalley, to friends. Looking forward to future purchases with Marcus and his team.
