Nalley provided the most comfortable, smooth, and transparent buying experience. We arrived to the dealership knowing what we wanted and test driving at another dealership. However, our salesman Ronald Beauford still insisted he spend 1-hour to review all of the cars safety features, how they are programmed and accessed over the mobile app. He wanted to make sure that once we drove off the lot that we knew everything about that car to feel safe driving in any condition.While doing the final paperwork he even stopped a few times and asked us about what certain buttons did...Sure, he wanted a good review, but he also wanted an educated consumer.I would suggest for anyone to do business with Nalley Kia because they made the car buying experience a non-stressful experience.
