Great customer service from Aliana Fernandez but the wait time was longer than expected for the scheduled appointment. Recommended service repair estimated cost seemed high. Ball joint where replaced Feb 2022 at Ed Voyles KIA in Smyrna and now it's recommended for new ball joints again.
