Fitz was amazing and helped me fix my problem with my car quickly! He was very helpful and informative.

I went there for the security upgrade and an oil change and was informed about other things that I need serviced (which I figured I might need) but was never told by another Kia dealership. Now I can get my car running like it's supposed to.

I found the experience to be much less frustrating than dealing with the other Kia dealerships in the area. I spoke to several looking for a car. There's a lot of bait and switch going on at other dealerships. I found Brian Leggin to be gracious and straightforward to deal with.

Nalley Kia has always been above reproach. They provide excellent service as well as sales. Many of the staff have been there many years that speaks volumes.

Process was easy. Relatively quick. Prices reasonable. Marcus was great.

My experience was a good one Ms Angela Jackson is the best. However, trying to get someone on the phone in the service department is absolutely horrible the exceptionally long holds and you still can't get anyone. What you get is a recording to leave a message and no one calls back.

I had a very pleasant experience, I felt no pressure for such a big purchase all whom assisted Me were very patient and informative. It was a big decision for myself John and Antonio explained everything to me as many times as needed for Me. I would definitely purchase, refer and finance another vehicle here again
