Honestly, I am still waiting on a call back from the service manager. Unexpectedly, my car cut off on me as I was driving. My husband towed the car to Kia. They “inspected it,” and test drove it but could not figure out an issue. They called for my car to be picked up. My husband put it back on his tow truck and took it home. I got off of work to take it to get gas and the smell of marijuana took over when I opened my car door. The smell has made me sick to my stomach, I have a child with a compromised immune system, and I’m an educator. When I say I’m livid! I can’t even drive my car until the smell airs out completely. The inspection report mentions NOTHING about checking my engine and it doesn’t even have the details of the test drive. Again, I’m still waiting on the call back from the service manager. This is not okay!

Two Kia Sorentos brought in for service. Two different occasions both Kia(s) had to be brought back. 3rd time the 2011 Kia brought in one way and left worse than when I brought it in. I was told I needed a new motor???!!! when all was to be examined was the radio!!!??? The Store Manager, Mr. Wells through bouts of personal sickness promised to look into it. It wasn’t until I got the Area person involved that the matter was solved. My 2011 Kia was once again drivable and I was told that I DID NOT need a new motor…. just like I knew I didn’t. All I wanted was my vehicle in the same driveable condition as I had brung it in. I am/was not the culprit in this matter and feel like I should not have been treated like I was the problem when actually your crew were. I’m glad the Area guy got things SOLVED for me and it needed NOT to be aired to the public. I wish you all well in your future endeavors. I am THANKFUL my vehicle is up and running again.

My experience with Kia. My experience was horrible. The service center didn’t touch my car for a complete two to three weeks. Then I decided to sale my car because they act as if they couldn’t do anything and the car had warranties that wasn’t even used when it came down to it. Then they told me about the warranties after I sold the car. After all of that, they tried to stick me with a bill for having my car delivered and not receiving any services.Car dealership are modern day legit robbers and scammers looking for a buck

The person I dealt with when I first got there assisted me fine. It was no problem there but upon me getting my vehicle back, they reset my dashboard that different things was not working properly, so I had to return back to the dealership later on that day and the person who assisted me left by that time, so I asked someone could they help me and what was the problem with my vehicle they told me they did not handle my care and they was looking for the person who handled my oil change so someone else told them that they left at this point they going back-and-forth like anybody could help me at this point I got very upset and told them they need to do their job so a young man from the back named Christopher came out and helped me out with no problem was very courteous and kind and turned the situation around. He should be recognized to be that young and carry his self in that manner when the people in the front are very older and immature, so overall service could have been better!!

I was having extra car keys made on my KIA Forte 2016.The service department gave me accurate updates when the work will be completed.
