Professional team with manners shown respect

I visited twice, and my advisors Alim and Kirsten were great.I do wish the check in counter was structured differently. With the desk right at the door it's hard to "form a line" and advisors like Angela will see people waiting but only acknowledge the people walking in the door. That happened both visits.

Although this visit was an appointment to resolve some recall issues, it was a pleasant and positive experience. The repairs were completed in less time than I imagined it would take. The service advisor did an exceptional job answering my concerns.

I had a short wait time and on Saturday made sense..I can’t thank you enough.
