I just had a hard time understanding why Kia provides a 1 x free oil change w/o a tire rotation. I would need to use my maintenance plan and forego getting a free oil change or pay out of pocket.

Dannon was awesome. This is my second time having him as my service advisor and he is always the best. I never pick my service advisor but it always ends up being him and I will now choose him moving forward. Whether they are busy which service usually is, or a non busy day - he always is the first to greet, ask if I have been helped yet, or just a check in to let me know someone will be right with me. He goes above and beyond each time and for that I appreciate it. We all know how service can be at any dealership, but he makes me it better and minimizes the frustration. You have always been great Dannon and I appreciate you!

The engine light appeared a few days after I brought my Sportage in for a recall service, which was very peculiar to me, I brought it back in to be checked out..Dan took care of the problem with no hesitation.
