My vehicle had oil spilled on the engine and since I had my oil changed with you my vehicle still smell like oil burning on the engine I tried calling my tech to check but I received no no confirmation on what to do next so I'm wondering if my vehicle is okay

From the time I dropped my vehicle off until pick up I was not satisfied. Advisor didn't update me on vehicle I had to call him and I received a call for pickup 45 minutes before closing but I made it back and spent $460 and couldn't even receive a complimentary wash I have received those when I only get a oil change.
