From the time I dropped my vehicle off until pick up I was not satisfied. Advisor didn't update me on vehicle I had to call him and I received a call for pickup 45 minutes before closing but I made it back and spent $460 and couldn't even receive a complimentary wash I have received those when I only get a oil change.

I waited for 4hours and my car was fixed still waiting on the parts to come in three days later...etc

Great, however your website services pages needs to checked. It is very difficult to schedule services when links are broken and next steps don't initiate when booking an appointment. Your service staff is fast and super efficient. My advisor was a top notch professional.

Everything was exceptional

I thank the young gentleman for getting my car so I could search for my lost phone which was underneath my passenger seat in my car. The wait time for my oil change was great, only 1hour and 15 minutes
