My service associate was kind informative and attention to my needs however the service manager was not forthcoming when I presented mine discount I don't know her name but she held me there for at least 30 minutes just to verify my discount.

Martin and Gary were very professional. courteous, and friendly. Ms Jean, I assume she is with a call center, was also professional, with a friendly voice, and one that followed up on my concerns. There was another call center lady whose name I can't recall, was also professional in escalating my concerns to a supervisor, whereby I received positive feedback. Thank you

I pulled up to Nalley Kia one day before my actual appointment because I was in the area. The staff were so friendly and allowed me to get my oil change since it wasn’t busy. I was offered water and snacks during my wait. Always a pleasant experience when I bring my vehicle to Nalley Kia.
