I had originally put a deposit down on my 350 Lexus NX hybrid at a difference store. I could not get the interior I wanted.I was told it wasn’t available. And when I went to show up to test drive the vehicle, they told me was there, it was not there. Then I was blessed to meet Daniella Brand on the phone and not only was she thorough and kind, she found the exact car I wanted with the interior I had wanted!! I only had to wait three weeks to receive exactly what I wanted. So I canceled my deposit with the other store. Moving forward it was very easy and seamless with my experience at Roswell Lexus Nalley. Bryan Shannon was my personal sales representative and he followed up with all my questions and kept me updated with delivery dates. He was wonderful to work with and was patient with our delivery and setup of our car.

Jimin and Jeremy (sales representatives) are both great. I enjoyed working with them and they made a new car buying experience very pleasant.
