Ben Otieno was excellent‼️ He was very professional, nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle we test drove and when making comparisons to other vehicles. He was able to answer all our questions. Once we decided to buy the car he kept us informed about the timetable in getting the paperwork completed and the car ready for us to leave. The Nalley Roswell location is wonderful. The people we talked to were all very professional, nice and welcoming. The facilities are comfortable for the customers to wait in with beverages and snacks. If we lived in the Atlanta area we would definitely be coming to this dealership for service but we live in Northwest Florida so will be getting service closer to home.
