My car was not washed. It has always been washed whether it was requested or not and it was part of the process ofchanging the oil and tire rotation . If the washer was not working I was unaware.

Team was flexible on getting me worked in after a power outage. They notified me ahead of time and then worked to get me in when the power came back on.
