the facility is pristine and everyone is helpful and friendly. i appreciate being able to check the progress of the service online and the text communications. the car was so clean and spotless too when it was done.

everything went well, will was very efficient in keeping me in formed. the wait was exactly what i was told it would be.

battery was dying. i tried to make an appointment. 1st availability online waa in 5+ days. called nalley service, gene was kind enough to tell i can come immediately without an appointment since a dying battery is considered an emergency. i came and got it changed in under an hour. when i asked will how much i have to pay he told me nothing because it was covered under warranty. thanks gene. thanks will. nalley lexus is the best.

i switched from smyrna because it's so busy and service was impersonal. my advisor brandi at roswell was nothing but wonderful every step of the way. she explained everything, helped me promptly, provided updates and my car is great!

i showed up without an appointment thinking it would be an express item. it needed a tire patched. when i checked in, terence said the car was due for servicing. it's my mother's car and rarely gets driven. i agreed to the service. there were a lot of people ahead of me and it took a bit longer than expected. but, terence was very helpful and kept me informed the entire time. it's also nice to get back a clean car.

the experience was good - except i had to ask to get the price matched on the tire to what i had paid a month earlier for a tire from you guys. should not have had to do that.
