fantastic as always!! i arrived early for my appointment. a gentleman came out to my car and greeted me. i went inside the very nice waiting area. will g. came walking up to shared that he would be taking care of my car. i've dealt with will all the previous visits and he is very professional. he explains what will be done. the work was completed sooner then promised. i really appreciate will and the staff taking care of my car. ray motahari stopped by to say hello...ray sold me my 2021 lexus rx 350. thank you will, ray and staff.

Sal was great. He was super laid back and we didn't feel any pressure at any time. Gabby in the business center was also great to work with. I was dreading the financial part b/c you get upsold usually but Gabby made some offers (which we took) but in a super friendly way. Was worth the hour plus drive to meet the team.
