Glorie was great in dealing with me but service technicians were not that great, for example they showed my filter needs to be replaced showing leaves but didn’t bother to remove it as I did not had them replaced. Also they did not vacuum the trunk and cleaned the inside mirrors.

The tech was not able to resolve the problem with the bright orange airbag warning light shining from the middle of my dashboard and not shutting off, whether I have a passenger sitting in the front passenger seat or whether there is nothing on the passenger seat. One bright orange warning light is blaring regardless of the conditions, and if it's the car's design and cannot be resolved as the tech advised, it is a terrible design flaw with the Lexus 350/300h model. It's extremely aggravating to continually see a warning light on the dashboard when there is nothing wrong.I don't see any justification either for it taking nearly 3 hours to get my car back. The only work they did was to replace faulty wiper blades that kept grabbing in misty rain conditions. Since the visit, I have not had any rainy conditions to confirm whether that problem was resolved.I also do not appreciate having to review a long list of "Terms of Service" in order to honor your request for me to provide feedback about your service.

I received excellent service from Muhammad Tahir! Muhammad showed me all the functions of the vehicle and the multimedia display. He also helped set up my Lexus app.
