i was traveling through town when i hit my 5000 mile mark for maintenance. they told me i could walk in for my appt. the staff for professional, courteous, and timely in service. the facility was very clean and comfortable. it was an overall great experience.

i was in for the 30,000 mile service on my 2018 ls500. thanks to my service advisor the will gallagher it was complete in a little over 2 hours and the tech did an outstanding job.
