we were unaware that our service advisor left for the afternoon & could not get information on our vehicles progress. we appreciated the loaner car, but communication could of been better.

it went well. the seat cover that was replaced still has some ripples in it but i will monitor it for a few more weeks and report back if it is still not smooth.
