bennett was my consultant who was very polite. everyone was pleasant. it think i waited a few hours before getting a free lyft to my home. i think the lyft back to pick up my car should have been free or discounted. i wouldn't mind paying $10 for a 25 minute trip home and another $10 trip to pick up my vehicle. considering i spent $650, i think this would've made my experience superior.
