when i arrive to pick up my vehicle, i wasn't greeted and waited by the loaner for a couple of minute, then went inside for a few and then just asked someone to take care of me. once connected, you associate was able to assist

i assume 5 is the highest/best rating. my visit was great. the service was done in a very reasonable time, and i was very comfortable while waiting. all the employees were very nice. i bought the car in winter park, fl, the ninth lexus my family has bought (all but one car was purchased at winter park). service was always great at the winter park dealership, and i was worried about having to use a different dealership since i recently moved to young harris. but now i know nalley lexus roswell will be a good experience, no more worries. thank you! connie de haan
