i was very satisfied with the service advisor terrance. but had very strange experience to get my car appraised for a possible trade in or sell.i was contacted by sasha who was interested in giving me a quote. i did not receive the quote till service was completed, and kept waiting for another 30 minutes for sasha to show up.when i inquired about sasha to the gentleman who sits in the adjoining cabin of sasha ( not a service advisor) i was told by him sasha went for test drive and would return shortly. he also told me unless i am sure whether i am going to trade in or sell the car, your company will not appraise and make an offer. i do not know the name of this gentleman but terrance can identify him easily. i am very upset with his strange interaction and will try hard to avoid any future visits to your dealership. i thought it was my duty as a long time nalley customer to give you my honest opinion about my visit, when requested.
