it was great. brandi is the best. i am still very upset and disappointed that i am unable to get a trailer hitch. i was promised it would not be a problem when i bought the new car. they said nalley would owe me the hitch and supply it when it came in. the salesperson knew the hitch was recalled but sold me the car anyway. nalley service tech said an aftermarket hitch will void my warranty. i can't use my boat. that sucks.
