I took the time to show me ALL the great features on my RX350. I was able to drive off with extreme confidence on how to operate my vehicle with no problem!

i needed some routine maintenance and other things they discovered upon inspection. brandi, who is the reason i come to lexus for service, talked me through everything so i felt comfortable with the plan. i trust her and value her guidance .
