Nalley does a great job. The service was shorter than they had proposed. It is a bit pricey but I was able to use a coupon and get some of the bill down.

i came in because my car told me it was time for maintenance. it was time for a tire rotation, but because i bought my tires elsewhere i didn't need anything. my service advisor said i could wait on the oil change, but since i was there they would do a free safety inspection. they did that and washed my car! now that is service with a capital s.

Since I came and I met Alan Harper he was very helpful and advised me in the right way to purchase my new vehicle accordingly to my needs and circumstances. Nalley Lexus had hired a great team of people all very cordial and happy. The finance manager is also very helpful and work to serve the customers without wasting time. Overall I am very happy
