excellent service from the guy who took my key to the one who did my paperwork. this dealership does it right.

excellent customer service and speedy completion

brandi maday is awesome. very professional and customer service oriented. was just there for 30,000 maintenance so work was completed as expected.

brandy is a very thorough representative. she listens to what is described as the vehicle's concerns and gets the addressed. she also provides periodic updates throughout the service.

fast, friendly, efficient

Purchased RX 359L

customer service was excellent. we felt very comfortable and not at all pressured. we also felt valued, even though we were not purchasing a high end vehicle like some others... we were still treated as though we were just as important. every person we came across was friendly and helpful. can't say enough about anthony and how kind and helpful he was helping us find our new vehicle

The best customer service!
