i was well-pleased with my service. bannon was very helpful and a good communicator. the duct deodorant spray made a little mess on the console, but cleaned up very well.

everything was great. terence is very pleasant, only surprise was labor charges for belts and hoses that i asked to be replaced - not sure why i was charged for something that needed to be reinstalled -

brandi was my service manager. she was quick, helpful and professional. although unable to find the cause of my intermittent a/c failures, i'm confident if i can get it back in during the next failure they will.
