My experience, customer service wise, was off the charts excellent! I recently purchased (and financed through Lexus) a 2008 Honda Accord. The service representative was extremely patient and knowledgable. He printed me out a sheet that had recent repairs performed on the vehicle. I recieved my car that same day - they made everything very pleasant from start to finish. Unfortunately, when I started driving my vehicle within the next few days I noticed a few issues. The brakes squeal when I brake, the horn does not work at all (YIKES), the sunroof is inoperable and one of the back up lights is out. I noted on the recent repair sheet that they "fixed" all of these issues (except the horn) but none of the above issues are actually resolved.
