I needed four new tires and had a fantastic service experience with Will Gallagher. Before my appointment I called to see how much the tires were going to be. The person quoted what Cameron had written up which was lower than Will's write-up. Will confirmed the lower amount was indeed quoted and we transacted the tires at that price. We also discussed the element on the upcoming 90k service. Will's communication via text, cell phone/voice mail and email kept me informed of service progress every step of the way. I asked how long he had been at the dealership and he said 16 year. I remarked wow! You must really love it here. He said he did and he likes working with people. Will gets an A+++! in my book.
