Everything was fine, except the waiting time. When I schedule a service visit at a time available in your calendar I expect that somebody is readily available to take in my car and service it. This time I had to wait two hours to get just the inspection evaluation. I was explained that the appointment doesn't guarantee that somebody is readily available to take car of the service...It should not be that way.
