Nalley offers a $25 discount for an oil change, when I mentioned this to my technician I was told to produce the coupon and it would be honored. I was required to pull up Nalleys website and show the offer to receive the discount. Unbelievable. If it is on the website it should be part of the sale. The customer is doing the work to receive a discount that is offered in the Nalley website.

Our Sales associate was courteous and patiently answered our questions in a professional manner.

Everything was fine, except the waiting time. When I schedule a service visit at a time available in your calendar I expect that somebody is readily available to take in my car and service it. This time I had to wait two hours to get just the inspection evaluation. I was explained that the appointment doesn't guarantee that somebody is readily available to take car of the service...It should not be that way.
