As we dreaded looking for a new vehicle because of our previous experiences, I would like to let you know that it was a pleasure working with Alan Harper. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle and process. We ordered a vehicle and during this market, we were unsure that we would even receive what we wanted. We were very specific about the items and vehicle that we wanted and to our amazement he found it! He was so thorough and a wonderful to work with. I would refer him to my friends and family because I know that would receive superior service. He would be an asset to any company, and we would return to Nally Lexus for any of our needs.

i scheduled my routine vehicle maintenance for 1pm april 30th. the shop was on behind twos with having an appointment. i was given loaner. it's was a bit offsetting but the service in the end was stellar as always!

even though my repair was delayed by 24 hours, as always i was given a car, as always bennett my service rep kept in touch with me, as always when i got my car back it was fixed and clean. this is the lexus experience, that's why i've been a lexus customer for the last 25 years. it's just that simple!

had a flat tire on a run flat right rear tier. i called service tech brandy and she told me l could ride up to 50 miles. i took back streets to nalley it was only 12 miles from were l got the flat. brandy checked me in and told me she had a new tire available. they replaced the damaged tire and checked my other tires and l have about 5000 miles more on them. i was there about 2 hours and was able to drive home. brandy keep me informed the whole time. she deserves a pat on the back. i'm a 100% satisfied. thanks, jim bligh
