i was scheduled for one day, the electricity went out as i was checking in. it was a short time after that thst i was told of the problem, there was no idea of what had caused the problem, so no idea as to how long it would be before they could start working again. i was rescheduled for the next day. i appreciated the honesty and the promptness of informing me and sending me on my way. and they took care of me the next day.

brandi always goes out of her way to make the extra call that is necessary to keep on top of the situation and resolve the issue.
