John Cho and Sal Damico provided excellent service and communication.

Everything went smooth as usual.

pretty quick for 150,000 mile service. nathan arranged for loaner so we could go get some breakfast. (we have to travel about 2 hours to get there). first time using nathan. always used do pak before. nathan seemed very good. of course it helped that the car was in such good shape.

As always, professional and efficient. I trust the folks at NLR.

The sales rep was great. Financing Dept was wonderful. And patient, while I had to have my checkbook delivered to me.

easy

professional and friendly. i appreciate the vacuuming because i had a big trip the next day
