i drive all of the way from nashville to have my car serviced at the nalley location.they are above and beyond nashville lexus. as soon as i pull in someone greets me and miss me onto the next step. no one ever seems to be confused as to what's going on. i appreciate that will looked into some strange things that were going on that turned out to be completely normal. car was ready when he said it would be. i also appreciate the lyft links so i didn't have to wait at servicing.
