it was my first 5000 miles service visit... fluid check up and car wash was done.. car was washed on the outside.. the door interiors and car interiors where left as is..

there were some issues with my car while traveling and it was easter weekend. the service rep bennett and service mgr suljo did a remarkable job to get me out at closing time on saturday. they were impeccable and created "raving fans". the entire service and sales team went to great lengths to make sure we were comfortable while we waited and amenities were outstanding.

Very simple and easy process. Everyone was a great help.

My wife ran out for an errand and noticed a tire light indicator on the dashboard so she dropped by the dealership without a reservation to see if they had time to check it out for her. Not only did they see her promptly, they discovered a nail in the tire, when they couldn’t repair it, they checked the records and saw we purchased the tire at the dealership, on a particular day, saw it was still fully warranted, and replaced it with us just paying the labor.
