brandi maday always explains every detail of the service and any parts and labor pricing on repairs if required, and the length of time and labor required and costs. i enjoy working with brandi and she never has me waiting long when i arrive and i receive texts from her regularly giving me updates when my car is being serviced. she is a 10 in my book. thanks!
