excellent service provided. the use of the loaner car is one of the reasons i continue to use nalley. i like direct conversation with my service person. doh pak was my previous service person. he always provided excellent service. it is disappointing he isn't there anymore. nathan did provide great service.it's important for nalley to realize customer service is key! i had to schedule my appt with the scheduling dept. i was not impressed. they lady was very nice but her knowledge was not helpful. i actually came in before my appt to discuss my appointment with nathan. i wanted to make sure i was scheduled for the correct maintenance. remember not to have less personal contact with your customers. your customer service is why i have continued to buy lexus cars. i have noticed a decline in customer service of the years. maybe covid is a factor but it was happing before covid. luckily for nalley doh pak took exceptional car of his customers.thank for the opportunity to share my input.tracy reidenbach
