i had a rather large expense this time that was not totally anticipated. brandi did a wonderful job of explaining what needed to be done, of the time that that would take and the expense. she then arranged for a loaner car which was very much appreciated. i continue to have service done at the dealership largely because of the relationship that i have developed with brandi. she is quite credible and has excellent customer service skills.
