was initially contacted by kevin h. due to my trade-in inquiry. kevin was friendly and connected me with anthony castro (sales). had a great experience. anthony castro, muhamed njie (finance), sheena e. they were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. found the car online, test drove a similar car, placed deposit on an in-transit car and the car arrived timely. anthony communicated the status frequently, muhamed explained the finance thoroughly, sheena e. checked-in at different points to ensure i was taken care of. the trade-in process was smooth and the value was to my satisfaction.. the new car is awesome. my first lexus and had a great experience. glad i came in to the roswell, ga lexus dealership!
