The handling, presentation, communication and overall experience was top shelf and highly appreciated. david the service advisor greeted me by name and we talked about our families. we then talked about the car and my needs. he insured us the vehicle would be taken care of and unless they found something wrong it would be ready in about 2 1/2 hours. the car was ready sooner and the one issue that remains is the passenger front seat that he needs others to look at that we're on vacation saturday. he took pictures and the technician looked at it and david will get back with me.
