I had several major things to be repaired on a 20 year old car. I became very anxious due to the car being there for two weeks. However, Ruben Santiago and Will Gallagher were wonderful to work with, and eventually got me across the finish line. Hooray for Ruben and Will!!!

Laz was wonderful Han was also very good -- but had to redo the paperwork a number of times. So it ended up taking a while.There is so much information, it's a little overwhelming. Would be nice to have a reference folder with all that info in it to take home and study and refer back to.
