brandy the customer service rep was great. i arrived at 1:50 and finally left at 5:30. the oil change took over 1 1/2 hrs. then i was told i needed rear breaks -almost 3 hrs. i feel this too long for service. i will need to find somewhere else

a very good experience for automotive maintenance. my advisor came out to meet me, asked my concerns if any, and got me settled in. took about an hour . i like your waiting area. there are several different areas so not that many people in one place. coffee bar was very good, some pastry would be nice. in summary you nailed it.

hassan was awesome. he was knowledgeable and he took care of my concerns. larry fantastic! he adjusted to what was important to me and made sure i was 100% happy. me & tj( my puppy) are overjoyed with our new ride. i would definitely tell my friends if u want a great car with fantastic customer service go see hassan & larry they will take care of you.
