nathan did a great job. one item did not get done, emissions test, as requested. repairs took an unusual amount of time and was out of his control-parts needed were hard to acquire, one glass window arrived broken and had to be reordered. overall he did a great job and went the extra mile and sent me my receipts via email when i could not locate, after our move, the original paper copies. i will be asking for his assistance again.

i liked working with bennet. nice guy and knowledgeable. however, $150 for an oil change is absurd. i've been a loyal lexus owner and customer for 32 years. my first lexus was a 1990 ls and we've owned six cars. i value lexus training and expertise but $150 for an oil change is not going to fly. i expect that behavior from the sales department but not from service.

if that is top marks that is my rating. i had a very good experience.
