The service was performed as scheduled and on time. The waiting area is comfortable and coffee water and snacks are offered while you wait. The ladies room is always immaculate and clean. I like tat you are kept informed of the vehicle status via text throughout the wait. Bennett is my advisor in Roswell and he is such a gentleman. Also kind informative and efficient. I love my experience at Lexus from service to my actual owned car.
