personal service excellent. anthony is always welcoming and professional which i greatly appreciate. he told me that the visit would likely take 2 to 2-1/2 hours which it did. i was surprised that this service did not include an oil change (based on time since the last change). i do wish that nalley would have loaners available when the time required for the service visit is more than 1 hour.
