with an appointment it still took 1-1/2 hrs... a bit longer than sometimes!

service visit started on time and completed in reasonable amount of time. service advisor anthony waight is always helpful and personable.

i should have had the 110k service but got the 80k again. joint fault of mine and lexus.my fault because i used hennessy on my last service for the convenience of the location and did not realize it was the wrong service until i compared my last service receipt to the new one.it would be so much easier if the systems nalley/hennessy updated service to the lexus. now i have paid for a service i already had and have to go nalley or hennessy for any further service.i'll have to choose one or the other and stick with them.

a wonderful experience as service was completed in a reasonable time and the car wash was great!
